Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund Process
To start the refund process, please contact our friendly customer service directly. They will assist you with the refund and provide you with the return address. Avoid clicking the “refund” button or filing an appeal on your own, as it may cause unnecessary delays.
Returning an Item
Returning an item is simple. Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, with the original label and complete box, and send it back within 30 days of the delivery date. Then contact our customer service via phone or email for assistance.
Remember to include the invoice/warranty card with the returned package, as returns without these documents cannot be processed. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds are only processed for products in their original condition and packaging.
We stand behind the quality of our OBLVLO / REEF TIGER product and offer 2 year warranty for any quality-related issues that may arise. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and ensures that your OBLVLO / REEF TIGER product will be free from such issues during the warranty period. If your product experiences any defects due to quality-related problems within two years of the original purchase date,we will repair or replace it at no additional cost
Exchanged Items
Exchanges will be processed within three business days and shipped via standard shipping. Please refer to the estimated shipping time, which is typically similar to the time it took for you to receive the watch initially.
Return Handling Fee
There is no handling fee for returns or exchanges; however, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
